Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and can take roughly a week, or possibly two weeks on the slow end, for delivery within the United States. If you are anywhere overseas, it could take a month or longer for your shipment to arrive due to customs clearance processes.

To cancel your Partnership, simply login to your Partner account. In your My Account section, under “Subscriptions,” select to cancel your Partnership.

You will still receive the remainder of the month you purchased even if you cancel the service.

However, please just write us if you are dissatisfied with any order, for any reason, that you have placed with us — even if is outside that timeframe. We will do our best to resolve any issue you may have.

To reset your password or user name, click on the “login” icon on the top right of the screen. Then click “lost password” or “lost username.” Depending on what you select, an email to reset the password or username will be sent to you using the email associated with your Partner account.

Follow the directions in the email to reset your password or username.

First off, please know that it is never our intention to ignore or disregard you.

With that said, if you have opened a ticket with us, and have not been responded to, the most likely explanation is that we simply haven’t gotten to your ticket yet.  Our team is a modestly sized one, and we get a rather substantial volume of communiques. It’s not unusual for it to take a few days to get to some tickets. Under optimal circumstances though, we usually respond within 24-48 hours.

The most common reason is that folks attempt to contact us through a channel of communication that is either outdated, or not designated for customer service, and consequently not closely monitored by our team. 

Case and point:  Our Facebook page is NOT the best place to reach us. At one time, we used Facebook messenger as a rudimentary customer service hub, but the volume of messages there has become so great, and Messenger is sufficiently unequipped to process and resolve large numbers of customer concerns efficaciously and efficiently to where we made the move to Zendesk with the launch of our new site over a year ago now. Consequently, our Facebook inbox is only sporadically monitored, and there’s a very real possibility that any message you send to us there will not be noticed until long after you send it, if at all.

If you have tried to reach us at any other email address than, we’re very likely not seeing your messages at all, as most of these other email addresses are no longer used as contact emails and consequently not monitored.

Another possibility is that your email service does not recognize our contact email.

– Make sure that after you get a response from us in your email inbox, to add God In A Nutshell to your address book to make sure our messages to you do not get sent to the spam folder.

– Check your spam folder if you don’t seem to be getting responses.

Trey’s greatest desire is that his work reaches and blesses as many people as possible regardless of whether they can afford to buy DVDs or pay monthly to be a Partner. We are more than happy to work with anyone with limited finances who wants to learn and benefit from Trey’s material.  If you are already a Partner but are thinking about cancelling your membership for financial reasons, we will also be happy to negotiate a rate for you that is more compatible with your budget.
