Genesis 2:14b…And the fourth river is the Euphrates.
December 15, 2017: Russian and United States jets are playing chicken in and around the Euphrates River. The de-confliction line is the Euphrates River. The river was agreed upon by the Russians and Americans in November. Air space west of the Euphrates belongs to the Russians. East of the river is the United States side. The location is south of Deir Ezzor, Syria.
See video link for additional analysis and geography.
Two US F-22 jets engaged two Russian Su-25 jets over Syria. The incident last approximately 40 minutes. Allegedly, there was a near midair collision. The United States says Russia flies over the line 6-8 times per day.
The Pentagon has made the following statement…“on the emergency channel to convey to the Russian pilots that they needed to depart the area”.
“It’s become increasingly tough for our pilots to discern whether Russian pilots’ actions are deliberate or if these are just honest mistakes,” Pentagon Spokesman.
In response, the US jets fired warning flares and chaff upon the Russians.
Air Forces Central Command spokesman Lt. Col. Damien Pickart looks “to de-escalate the situation and avert a strategic miscalculation.”
Russian Defense Ministry says they were escorting a humanitarian aid mission. The Russian press is silent on the issue.

As a reminder, the Euphrates River is the eventual eastern border of an expanded Israel. History waits…
