“This book is not for my generation, but for a remote one. The last generation . . .”
— Enoch, Book 1, Chapter 1 —
ABOUT THIS FILM
The Book of Enoch is broken down into simple, easy-to-understand terms in a documentary-style format. This expositional commentary also covers the pre-flood world, the Book of Jasher (or Book of the Upright), Noah, and the moments just before the flood; as well as technology, prophecy, the Mystery of Melchizedek, and many, many other issues surrounding Enoch. It is a comprehensive analysis like no other.
It’s worth noting that Enoch penned his timeless work in a time when the world was little if anything like ours today . . . A time we can only imagine. A task the viewer will be better equipped to perform than ever as we scientifically probe its wondrous artifacts in this film . . . In such a time as that Enoch wrote, “this book is NOT for my generation, but for a remote one . . . the last generation of the age to come.”
This film was originally put together by Trey Smith as an expositional commentary on the Book of Enoch available on streaming. During the course of making the 2-disc Entities set, the project gradually evolved into a full-scale documentary on The Book of Enoch.
This DVD version is much improved, particularly in its exposition about the pre-flood world, and greatly expanded commentary on Enoch’s Calendar. The DVD version may be as much as 50 to 60% different/upgraded from the raw streaming version that went up in 2015.
IMAGES FROM THE FILM
This film is a thorough breakdown of the book of Enoch, the enigma of the 364-day calendar Enoch used, the riddle of just who this mysterious Biblical character named Melchizedek is, and also gives a glimpse into what the world was like moments before the flood. The viewer will also gain insights into the occult practices under king Nimrod at the Tower of Babel, gleaned from the book of Jasher (Ya-sher) aka The Book of the Upright. It is one of Trey’s earliest films, and was originally only available to watch on Youtube. As such, the production value is not as high as more recent films you will find in this catalog. It is nonetheless, one of the films that put Trey on that map, and even with all the water that has gone under the bridge since its original release, still holds up today as one of the most unique presentations on the Book of Enoch you will ever find. It was a labor of love, and we at God In A Nutshell hope and pray that you and all you share this film with are enriched and edified as a result.
All glory goes to God alone! May He sustain and empower us to stand together for the truth against the principalities and powers of this present darkness in these troubled times.
May God use this film to bless and touch the lives of each and every one of you on the other side of the screen.
